Count over the six-country synchrony set {us_30y, de_30y, ea_30y, uk_20y, ca_long, jp_30y} in macro_series of how many have years_since_higher >= 10 OR are at an all-time high, each measured from that country’s trailing-one-month HIGH (years_since_at_or_above -> years_since_window_high, so a synchronous peak stays counted for ~a month, not just its exact peak day). NULL when no country in the set has history yet. See compute_sovereign_panel in app/sources/sovereign_yields.py.

Data carrier — no implication, no health-score contribution.
